This really is Mark Cueto. Yes, he really did score a try! And yes, Adrian took his portrait just before he was almost a national hero.
Alongside portraiture, Adrian loves action and the challenge of capturing movement in the moment.
Adrian shot both Mark Cueto and David Strettle for the EA Game's launch of their new Rugby 08 Playstation Game. As Adrian says "It's not all glamour and fantastic locations." This shoot took place in a London hotel room with virtually no space to swing a cat."Myself and my assistant Sam stacked all the furniture in the bathroom, and then tried to turn the remaining 6ft square space into some sort of studio."
It was all going well until the players arrived and started changing in the middle of the room. At that point Sam went weak at the knees and became a gibbering wreck. It took her a good twenty minutes to recover!!!
