Harrods Luxury Skiwear
-12˚C luxury skiwear and a freezer in Battersea. Adrian's latest shoot for Harrods Luxury Skiwear.
Creative director James Chittenden approached Adrian last month to shoot a series of 7 images for the Harrods luxury skiwear brochure.

James wanted to shoot somewhere cold so we found a walk in freezer used by a company of ice sculptors.

The plan was to build a 6 ft ice wall from blocks of ice and then have some movable blocks the models could interact with.

The wall building was relatively easy the challenge came in having to operate all day at -12˚C. We kept the camera and computer in a freezer bag with hot water bottles which we replaced every hour. The lights and power packs were given a smaller set of freezer bags and hot water bottles and in the end everything worked beautifully.

In fact it was the crew who were most affected and drank a huge number of teas and coffee's all day.
