FHM asked Adrian to shoot a fitness piece with Wasps and England back row player James Haskell.
FHM wanted to feature James Haskell's workout regime so Adrian met up with him during his gruelling 40 minute session.
"I watched the complete workout and then we asked James to redo each exercise but only a couple of times. The final image we needed was a portrait to open the piece with. Of course it was grey and overcast which lent itself to quite a moody shoot. Once we were finished the only thing left to do was to get James to sign my kids Wasps rugby top. Brownie points all round!"
