When the telephone rings and someone asks if you want to spend two days photographing a watch on the fastest sail boat in the World, it doesn't take you long to say Yes! Adrian headed to Northern France to meet skipper Alain Thebault and the Hydroptere and to join him for "a flight", as he puts it, on his boat.
